I love the challenge of squeezing in as many helpful, nutrient-dense ingredients into homemade treats as possible. These donuts are naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, rich in healing fats and low in sugar... Not the usual line-up in typically fried and sugar-filled treat! It's safe to say that my tastebuds for the latter have changed and if that's what you're looking for, you probably won't love these nutrient-dense, naturally-sweetened donuts with extra cinnamon. BUT, if you don't think you're eating a traditional donut, it is very delicious in its own category. These donuts are healthy too, so healthy you could even enjoy them for breakfast!
